THE sun was shining. The incredible seafront scene was set. The crowd was ready. The band had even sound-checked and then news began to trickle through the crowd that headliners Tears For Fears had been forced to cancel their headline slot at Lytham Festival on Saturday just hours before they were due to take the stage after singer Curt Smith suffered an injured rib.
