MICHAEL JACKSON could find himself back in court posthumously over three disputed "fake" tracks from the 2010 album Michael that his record label admit the star "may not have sung on." The California Attorney General has just joined the attack on songs even some of the star's family say "cheated the fans" and a previous High Court judge said "ripped people off."
